It’s literally a complete scam but the way they treat customers really ticks me off. I wanted to rent a flapper dress, but the rentals were literally all ordered from Shein so a dress you can buy for 10$ will cost you 90$ to rent and they are all picked and stained and smell…. So I asked if that was the only selection. I was then pointed in their highly overpriced buy only section… which funny enough I found the exact same dress I bought from Shein for $27.00 and they were charging $280!!!!! Talk about pure profit! So the younger guy I asked to help literally complained to me saying his shift was almost over and he wanted to clock out… fine that’s great don’t say that to a customer say “ let me find someone else that can help you.” The larger blonde guy that I feel shouldn’t be working in a public setting, when I asked for gloves, he nearly had a breakdown, like I was being such an imposition! So there was a really nice older man whom I told I found a dress but I wasn’t crazy about it especially not at that price when I just saw a 27 $ shein dress for 280! I bought the dress , 30 minutes later at another store found a dress I loved so I gave them a call saying I literally just left found something else can I return this. I should have just went back! The same heavy blonde guy answered as was so rude and said there’s a no return policy. I was never told that. There has to be some disclosure when you buy something especially that expensive but I was told nothing of a no refund policy not to mention I literally bought it 30 minutes prior! I’ll share the dress so if anyone see this there please just buy it on shein for 27.00$ the black dress 280 at the store I bought it on shein 27$!!

Very expensive prices, but a person can find almost anything they're looking for here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very cluttered shop. One can easily get lost, despite the small space. Honestly, I'm surprised they haven't moved to a larger location for the ability to better display their costumes, trinkets, accessories, and everything in between. However, the cluttered nature of it all, while overwhelming at times, does add an unexpected peace to the shop's undeniable uniqueness.

OMG! This place is packed with a metric ton of costumes. Any type of costume, it was there: various decades (60s, 70s, 80s, etc) Renaissance, Military, Classic Greek/Roman, Steampunk…’you name it. Hats (so many hats!!) we’re hanging everywhere on the ceiling. Seriously… you need it, it is probably there. In various qualities from just above Amazon one-time-use costumes to full on professional level theatrical. Not exactly the CHEAPEST place in the world, but not entirely unreasonable either. If you want to invest in a quality costume for something, this is the place to go.
